How to find any Whiteout Survival player by name

Published Aug 4, 2026 · Updated Oct 15, 2026

You saw a name in State chat, on an incoming rally or in a screenshot, and you want to know who it belongs to: which State, which alliance, how strong. Type the name. No account is needed.

Search by name

Use the search box on the home page. Three letters are enough to start. Search runs after a quick, automatic check in your browser; there is nothing to fill in and nothing to pay.

Matching is forgiving, so a rough spelling usually still finds the right Chief, which helps when a name uses characters you cannot type. Search also covers names a Chief used before: if someone renamed, the result shows their current name with the old one beside it.

Names are not unique in Whiteout Survival. When several Chiefs share one, the State number and the alliance tag on each result tell them apart.

Search by alliance

The same box finds alliances by their full name, past names included (the short tag is not searchable). An alliance’s page shows its home State, its power, its strongest members and how its power has moved over the last week and month, and, when the alliance has set them, the Furnace level and power it asks of new members. That is the quick way to scout an opponent before State vs State, or to check who an applicant ran with before.

What a Chief’s page shows

  • State: the State the Chief’s base belongs to.

  • Alliance: the alliance they are in now.

  • Power: the latest power, with how much it moved this week.

  • Level: the Furnace level, shown the way the game shows it (FC9-3 and so on), with the raw level beside it.

  • Last seen: when the Chief was last seen, and the X and Y of their base at that time.

Tabs below that show the Chief’s recent changes (renames, alliance moves, Furnace upgrades and base moves), the alliances they have been in and when, and every name they have used. The change history appears after the same automatic browser check as search.

If you would rather browse than search, the rankings list the strongest Chiefs and alliances across all States, and every State has its own page under States. To find where a Chief’s base is, see how to find a player’s location.
