By using Whiteout Survival Atlas ("the Atlas"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You may use the Atlas only where doing so is lawful for you. You are responsible for complying with any rules that apply to you, including the game publisher's own terms.

What the Atlas provides

The Atlas is a free, read-only reference tool that displays publicly readable Whiteout Survival map data. It is provided as a convenience for players and makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness. The data may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and the service may change or stop at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Atlas to harass, dox, or endanger any person.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or break into the service.
• Do not scrape or automate against the site in a way that degrades it for others.
• Do not use the Atlas for any unlawful purpose.

Game names and content

Whiteout Survival and all related names, logos, and game content are the property of Century Games and other respective owners. The Atlas is an unofficial fan project and claims no ownership of that material; it is referenced only to identify the game the data relates to.

No warranty

The Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Atlas and its maintainer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
