Acceptance

By using WoS Atlas ("the Atlas"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You may use the Atlas only where doing so is lawful for you. You are responsible for complying with any rules that apply to you, including the game publisher's own terms.

What the Atlas provides

The Atlas is a free reference tool that displays publicly readable Whiteout Survival map data. The game data it shows is read-only — nothing you do here changes anything in the game. It is provided as a convenience for players and makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness. The data may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and the service may change or stop at any time.

Accounts

An account is optional and free. It exists only so you can save favourite players and alliances; every search, roster, leaderboard and State page works without one. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your account.

Do not create accounts in bulk or automate against the sign-in endpoints. We may suspend or remove an account that is used abusively. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time — see the Privacy policy for what that removes and how to ask.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Atlas to harass, dox, or endanger any person.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or break into the service.
• Do not scrape or automate against the site in a way that degrades it for others.
• Do not use the Atlas for any unlawful purpose.

Game names and content

Whiteout Survival and all related names, logos, and game content are the property of Century Games and other respective owners. The Atlas is an unofficial fan project and claims no ownership of that material; it is referenced only to identify the game the data relates to.

No warranty

The Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Atlas and its maintainer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
